It's hot! We are over 30 days with temperatures greater than 100 degrees. It's been a new record for the Houston area. On the day of the party (his "pretend" birthday as Hope calls it), the high was supposed to be close to 109 at 3 pm, not including the heat index. Using my better judgment, we moved the party to the morning. Like the girls, Grayson opted for the slip and slide. We invited nine of his friends and had a Spiderman theme. They had a great time. Jamison was exhausted at the end of it as the boys want him to throw them down the slide.
