Puddles and Squirts

One of the main reasons I hesitated entering the blogging world was the stress of coming up with a name for my blog. I settled on "I'll think about it tomorrow" as Jamison suggested using a line from my favorite movie that also had something to do with my life. As life with a 2 year old goes (& now a newborn), many things get left until tomorrow - the laundry, mopping the floor, scrubbing the toilets, washing my hair, etc. However, I must admit that I have secretly been envious of all the cute blog titles of my friends, "tumbles and tutus," "bruises and bows," "it's almost naptime," etc. etc. etc. In my sleepless stupor and during one of the many changing sessions, I had a revelation. I looked at J and said, "my blog title should be puddles and squirts." Actually it should be squirts and puddles to go in correct age order, but puddles and squirts had a much better ring to it. (Side note: that's what we used to call Grayson - little squirt. Don't ask the number of times I got it before I figured out appropriate measures to take.) I got a laugh followed by, "Jen, you can't name your blog that!" Well, why not? After all, that's what my days are like. With one I keep washcloths on the changing table, with the other, I now know to keep the diaper under her until the last possible moment. Oh, the differences in little boys and little girls! So, what do you think - can I change the name of my blog?
