At first, I wasn't so sure how well the transition would go for either us or the dog. It was one more thing I had to keep alive and for her, she went from a quiet enviornment to one that is anything but quiet. The first day she was here, Grayson was running after her screaming, "Chase Prissy" and Hope was just screaming. The dog was cowered under my feet as if to say, "Please make it stop." My sentiments exactly. However, we have adjusted and I walked through the living room today to find Prissy perched on the couch on TOP OF one of my pillows. I think she feels right at home.

Love your new header!
ReplyDeleteLooks like Grayson is having fun with the new dog. I still look back and think I was absolutely nuts when we got a puppy (our second dog) when Grace was 3 and Jack was 1. Sometimes you just feel like "Do I really need one more thing to take care of?!?"
Sorry to hear about your grandfather...hope he has a smooth recovery.
Ok so do you have any other colors to dress your son in?! :)
